The extruder machine is equipped with a feeder with a large mixing trough to obtain a mixture perfectly suitable for drawing. This is achieved by means of two shafts equipped with blades and propellers that convey the clay into the vacuum or degassing chamber. The passage of the clay from the feeder to the vacuum chamber occurs through vertical grids. After being degassed, the clay passes into the extruder, equipped with wear-resistant coatings and special wear-resistants propellers that allow excellent resistance to abrasion. The extruder ends the manufacturing process as it estrude the clay creating the strand of clay which will then be cut by cutting machine.
